At NeoBean, we want every customer to love their coffee experience. That’s why we offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on your first order.

How It Works

If you’re not completely satisfied with your first order, simply notify us within 30 days of receiving it, and we will:

  • Send you a replacement coffee of your choice, OR
  • Issue a full refund – no questions asked.

This guarantee applies only to your first order as a new customer.

How to Request a Refund or Replacement

To request a refund or replacement, please contact us at sales@neobeancoffee.com with your order details.

There’s no need to return the product – we want you to find the perfect coffee that suits your taste.


Damages & Issues

If your order arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately so we can make it right.


Exchanges

If you’d like to try a different coffee instead of requesting a refund, just let us know, and we’ll send you a replacement that better matches your taste preferences.


European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

For orders shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. If you choose to return the item under this policy, it must be in its original condition and packaging.


Refunds

Once your request is processed, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process the refund.
